We had two members of the Gatesville Area ride in the Toure de Fire Ant at the 40th annual Fire Ant Festival in Marshall Texas. Monty and his son, Ethan rode the thirty mile route. It was well marked and the rest stops had very friendly volunteers handing out fruit, sweets and drinks. Once again a big thank you to the area SAG wogon master, Tammy Van Horn, who drove the duet four hours to the event location the day before. On the day of the event, we had family come to support us.
