This past July 4th, thirteen members of the Del Mar Va spoke rode into Baltimore to celebrate not just our nations liberty but our liberty to ride, serve and bless one another. We had an awsome time. The streets were rough but the time with brethern was worth smooth. We rode into Baltimore, took a lap around Fort McHenry. For non Baltimorians, this is the location of the battle where the Star Spangled banner was written by Francis Scott Key. We left the Fort and rode to Federal Hill. A great overlook of down town. Finally we took off to historic Fells point to fuel up at Pitango Bakery. Great sandwiches and coffee. This is a once a year ride that is a spoke favorite. Why just once a year? Cause we gots so many good other rides!
