Today started off early with a 0500 wake up to get ready for the Cove House Tour. Tammy and Ethan headed our to the SAG station to meet Randal and Rebekah. They set up and were ready to hand out water to the riders as they pass by. With no conditioning for the past two weeks, I chose to ride the 26 mile route. I changed my mind while riding, but I bit off more than I could chew and had Tammy pick me up. I am still please with the 54 miles. It is much better than the 26 I was going to ride.
