On the 18th of August, they had their session #2 of HHH training at White Rock Lake. They had another awesome turnout even with the temperature reaching 103 degrees.  Gerald Bolin (Jerry) and Bora Bolin (Bertha) helped setting up for the day.  Also, a big thank you Jerry, Chad MeisJesse GarciaGerard Goh for leading the groups.

The day brought sad news and many prayers were being sent up for Chad Nguyen. He was in the A group and had a hard crash. He was in ICU at Dallas Presbyterian for a bit. He injured his spine and had to undergo a 6 hour spinal/neck surgery. Chad is in rehab at the time of this post. Continue your prayers as God is answering them. Amen!

Christian Cycling Texas and ChristianCycling.org is very blessed to be able to participate in our 2nd HH100. HH100 is the largest cycling ride and rally in all of Texas. It was an extremely busy Friday and Saturday but completely worth it.

We arrived at the MPEC after 1pm on Friday and setup our tent at the same spot as last year. We handed out ride information for the Pink Diamonds Breast Cancer Awareness Ride (Duncanville, TX on 10/12) and Riding Into Fall (Corinth, TX on 9/28). We also put up a banner up for Autumn In Bonham (Bonham, TX on 10/5 ). These are upcoming rides that we have committed in supporting later this year.

We also met up with our brotherJim Boland (Farmersville area representative) and CoachBonnie Boland who had a booth inside the MPEC for Tour de Cypress 2025 (4/19/25) in Mount Vernon, TX.

The Waco Wild West Bicycle tour is an all volunteer driven 501c3 nonprofit. The ride’s goals are to encourage and motivate people to cycle, to promote safe riding and camaraderie, as well as to donate to local nonprofits. Additional funds raised over the years have been donated to Be the Match, local bike clubs in Waco, veterans, remote radio operators, school bike rodeos, and many, many more worthy causes.

I also got to meet Lonnie and Kathy Sutton our Abilene representatives.

I want to thank EVERYONE that posts their happenings on our Facebook Group. It makes it much easier for me to harvest what ya'll have been doing. For all the vistors to this page, this is less than half of what the Texas Spoke subscribers have done in the past month. Also, if any of you are curious about being part of this ministry and you do NOT ride, let me assure you that we can certainly use your help too! If you have a servants heart and want to show the love of Christ to bikers, feel free to join us. Below is a couple of subscribers that do not ride but love to show the love.
