Welcome to our "Monthly" blog post. If you are a visitor, I hope you found this page while searching for a way to shine your light for Jesus while riding your bike. That is what we do. We love Jesus and just happen to like riding our bikes. The following articles are what I (Monty van horn) harvest from our Facebook Group Page. 13 July (JC - Fort Worth area rep) Got Dropped today. honestly, it was awesome. my stall fall on the mtb a few weeks ago injured my knee and it just hasn't healed and i did too much today. found out a lot about myself 50 miles into a 63-ish mile ride. the pain was real. my right leg was killing me. it was getting hot and i was out of fluids. found a 7-11 luckily and was able to get what i needed. i think the damage had been done.
i was still hurting and the over compensation with my left caused heavy cramping. hard to pedal with no legs. i dug deep and pushed and crossed the finish line. late, but i crossed. now ice and rest. (JC rides bunches as well and shines the light in this dark world.)

4 July - (Jack Thompson) Spokes and Sparlers. We had a nice showing at the Spokes and Sparklers again this year.

Jack was going to do 12 but missed a turn so he knocked out 30! Great job Jack!
26 June - The Sutton's (Abilene) Great ride on a slightly different route. We saw lots of rabbits today and a angry skunk who was on the opposite side of the road we were on. His tail was raised but not in our direction. We sailed by about 14 mph. Lucky for us! (Lonnie and Kathy are out riding all the itme! Just check out the link.)
On Monday's, downtown Longview Main Street, Woolley G’s Bike Club ride together. They gather up for pray before departure. Our Longview/Kilgore area representative, Derrick Daniels is the ride leader.

Unfortunatley, this year, Stanley "Lee" Woods went down and succumbed to his injuries. RIP my friend. Our prayers going out to the family and all his friends.
